GeoCorps™ AmericaThe program offers paid short-term geoscience positions in some of the most beautiful natural areas in the world.
GeoCorps project areas include geology, hydrology, paleontology, mapping and GIS, minerals, soils, glaciology, geo-hazards, karst, education, interpretation, and more.
GeoCorps positions are divided into three major categories: Standard "GeoCorps America" positions, "GeoCorps Guest Scientist" positions, and "GeoCorps Diversity Internships" (which include the "GeoCorps American Indian Internships" sub-category).

The Geo-LAUNCHPAD Internship is a summer internship program dedicated to exposing early academic career students to research and increasing diversity in the geosciences. This program is hosted by UNAVCO, Inc., in Boulder, Colorado and funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) REU Site Program.
The application deadline for this summer is February 10, 2015.

L. Austin Weeks Undergraduate Grant Program
The L. Austin Weeks (LAW) Undergraduate Grant program awards deserving undergraduate level geoscience students and student-led geoscience associations (student chapters, associations and clubs) with $500 grants. The grants are intended to support the educational endeavors of undergraduate geoscience students and their student-led organizations.
